SUCCESSFUL OUTCOMES MADE POSSIBLE BY THE FUND

The Diane Rabon Fund has led to the successful treatment and placement of many pets, including those pictured below. Recently added: Several happy placements at Westchester, an assisted living community.

Below left: Pam, who lives in a low-income assisted living complex, and her dog Parker, who was found in a park, are inseparable.

Above right and below: Topsy had had four kittens (all given to good homes) before the fund had her spayed. Topsy belongs to Chris, who has a vision problem. Chris is extremely intelligent and loves his pets. His dog Dani was one of the first pets to benefit from the fund. Dani is incredibly loyal to Chris but is very good with Topsy and Chris' other dog, Angel.

Below left: Catie Dee, now owned by Carol E., was found on a school-ground in the pouring rain when she was only 4 weeks old. She's now a little over 2 and into everything!
Below center: Rex was found wandering a neighborhood. Now he is Jim's companion and loves to race his wheelchair.

Above right: Sophie, owned by Carol S., is a rescue who now lives happily with another cat and two dogs.

Below: Stump, a tailless cat, is our greatest success story. Found on a front porch, near death, he was diagnosed with FIV. It took us a long time to place him with just the right family, a married couple in an assisted living complex. The photo at right, from March 2010, shows Stump in a "reflective" mood, healthy and beautiful now that he lives a happy, stress-free life.

Below: Jubilee, found by the side of the road, now resides with Oleta in assisted living. Don't let his diminutive size fool you. Jubilee is king!
